The Easley Combined Utilities, a municipally-owned and operated utility, provides water for about 29,967 residents living in the Easley area, South Carolina. Established in 1911, the Easley Combined Utilities currently obtains its supply from a surface water source, the Saluda Lake. Additional finished surface water (from Lake Keowee) can be purchased from the Greenville Water System when the demand arises.
