“Upon arrival I noticed the rubber seal that sits inside the lid was not flush. I have tried to push it back down but it won’t go flush. There’s always about a centimetre that sticks up. This results in leaking when lid is on. Can a new rubber seal be sent? 1 month later... Never got a response from the company.
