“Very beautiful and heats up very quickly. Some useful points: - The flow of water is hampered by the limestone filter so it takes forever to fill a cup. Fortunately it is removable so I removed it, anyway it holds more of the gadget. - Deco: The vintage logo is actually a thick metallic sticker. It's not metal. It holds well even after several heaters but when you clean the outside of the kettle it will probably be better to avoid wetting or rubbing it. - Water level: Behind the handle but reads very easily because the handle is curved. In addition, it allows to have a very retro look since the level is not visible. The cap: Clips by sinking for the moment it holds well and does not break off when pouring the water. The handle: Is made of soft to the touch material, it does not make plastic it makes think of a very dense rubber and a little velvety touch. Thick handle allows a good grip and yet I have big hands! The electric base and the underside of the kettle are made of plastic not metal. This allows that the kettle whose body is any metal is not too heavy. Important when you want to fill a large teapot but you have trouble lifting weight. I find the choice wise. The power cable is white so it's pretty and matched to the pastel of the teapot.” — Mike
