“We’ve been using this for a couple months now and absolutely love it. I did end up having to drill a small hole in the lid to allow air flow so water would come out the spout faster but that was the only concern we’ve had with this. 9 Months later and we've been using this multiple times a day and still no issues. I just purchased another for the downstairs fridge. Highly recommend... but remember, for a better experience, put a small hole in the lid to allow for air flow. This highly increases the water flow and means less waiting when filling up your water bottle. You could also simply leave the lid unscrewed a little, but this wasn't successful for me, it caused messes... Drilling the hole worked best in my situation.” — Kate
