The Breville BTM800XL, never over-steep your tea again.
The BTM800XL can accommodate up to a maximum of 51 oz. of water which is 6-7 cups of water.
Just like the rest of the BTM series, with the simple push of a button – your tea of choice will be steeped in water for 1-5 minutes depending on the desired settings. But before you’d steep your tea of choice, you can first adjust the temperature and steeping time so you can meet the desired tea quality.
It's capable of keeping your tea warm for an extended period if you aren't able to drink it right away. Bear in mind that while the BTM800XL is a solid tea-making kettle, it comes in with a hefty investment as it averages over $300.
Five temperature settings:
- Green/White – 175 degrees
- Oolong – 195 degrees
- French Press – 200 degrees
- Black or Herbal – 205 degrees
- Boil – 212 degrees
