“It boils water quickly. the auto start function is great; now I wake up to hot water for my pour-over coffee. I like the keep-warm function too. That second cup of coffee is faster to make. “I recently upgraded my old kettle to the Chefman Electric Kettle, right out of the box it looks amazing. The functions are a bit hard to get down but the keep warm feature is amazing for tea. The included tea infuser and mini filter are perfect combos and the included guide for different steep times and temps for different types of tea are great. However, I the touchscreen, while sleek looking, is not responsive and I have already found the + button tends not to work most of the time. Also the metal at the base of the kettle where the heating element has already started to stain after just a few uses. These issues are not insurmountable but they are annoying as it is a brand new machine. Still, I am overall happy with the product and would recommend if you like to brew a lot of teas.” — Nick

“This is a beautiful programmable kettle with some great features. It has preset programs for several types of teas, a boil option, a long autostart (24 hrs) and no plastic inside , only stainless steel So why only 3 stars? Because it breaks fast. The computer programs become mixed up and either it doesn't hear up properly or it keeps on boiling and boiling over, even when it is set on keep warm. Amazon and Chefman were helpful in exchanging it but both items ended up with similar problems. So I will return my second one too and look for a different model. If Chefman made corrections to this programming problems. They would have a great product and reasonably priced too.” — Valentina
