“No complaints so far after only using it for one week. Water heats up as stated (3-5min). The buttons are not actual buttons but resemble "touch screen" buttons. The inside looks to be 100% stainless steel. When water is boiling, the kettle itself DOES feel very warm/hot to the touch so keep that in mind in terms of safety; however, the handle & base feel cool (so I would be ok placing this directly on my counter). The lid fastens securely so I don't have to worry about it falling off as I'm trying to pour every last drop! It was also packaged nicely & offers extended 2-yr warranty upon registration. I did extensive Amazon research on gooseneck kettles and thought this was the best one that gave the most bang for my buck - and looks beautiful on my kitchen counter.” — Carter

“PROS: - Aesthetically pleasing design - Wide range of water temperatures for multiple uses - Longer cord provides wider flexibility of counter location - Gooseneck spout allows more control of where subsequent pours of water will hit. Mainly the wet grounds around the upper sides of paper filter. Regular spouts often hit top rim of filter and disaster occurs. - Easy to use button controls - User-friendly balanced handle - Easy to see interior maximum water line - Knob on lid remains cool to the touch. CON: - Audible beeps announcing desired water temp has been reached stopped working after about third use. Not a big deal as the blue lights on control panel turn off when water is ready. “It’s super cute! Looks like stove top kettle but it’s electronic. Big plus for me. So I don’t need to run to kitchen to turn off my stove when I hear the screaming of my stove top kettle;) Came in good packaging. Easy to take out from box and install.
