“I love this small kettle. I use it 2-4 times a day to heat water for my tea, or whatever else I may need hot water for. It works perfectly, and fast. I put the water in and turn it on, and by the time I have chosen my tea flavor, and maybe completed another task or two, the water is hot and ready to use. I use my Berkey filtered water that has the chlorine filtered out but my water is still hard so I have soaked the bottom of the kettle in vinegar every few months to remove the lime. I usually know it's time to do this when heating seems to be delayed or when the lime builds up in the bottom of the kettle. Or, recently I have started wiping and drying the kettle after each use and I believe this will solve my lime issue. White wasn't my first choice of color for the kettle but, now that I have it, I really like it. I travel occasionally and this kettle is small enough that I will be taking it with me. Now that I have this handy travel kettle, I am able to prepare my morning cup without bothering my host. It is sturdy but not too heavy or bulky.
