“First off for all the people they say it’s only warm water, room temperature and no cold. You must turn on the switches in the back of cooler. (Buttons on the back: Night light, Hot Water, and Cold Water). If no light is on above each temperature of water then that water temperature is NOT TURNED ON...so check the buttons in the back.
