“Very easy to use, the water gets really cold and hot. It is very convenient since I live in California, and the water here is bad. It saves on having to buy a lot of bottled water. We have to refill it once a week so two jugs were good enough. Also once you first put the water jug on the machine let it sit overnight "DO NOT USE IT" I made the mistake of trying the hot water before it reached the reservoir and burned out the heating coils.
