“Over 2 years and 4 months later and not a single drop has leaked from either the tap or the seams. We use it every day. Fantastic product.” — Kevin
“Here is my honest review of New Wave Enviro Products Steel Water Dispenser: Pros: - Fist of all, it looks great. A simplistic modern design. I really like the look of it. - The spigot works great. You lift it up and the water flows out, not too much to talk about here. - The container is compatible with the 5 gallon jugs you get at stores like Sam's Club or Costco. It will fill up the basin and then keep the rest of the water in the jug. No issues with Overflowing. - Does not rust or stain! - The rubber ring prevents the jugs from sliding around Cons: - It is kinda difficult to get the water jugs up on top of the dispenser. YOu can to lift it up and flip it over quickly to not have it spill all over the place. A little difficult. Overall Thoughts: I like this product. I have used this product for 9 months and I use it daily. It really is a great product.” — Corey
“So far so good. We've had it for about two weeks now with no leaks at all. Followed the directions on how to install spigot. I also read a few reviews as well to find out what other people's problems were installing the spigot. For me, I made sure the rubber washers were facing the right way. I hand tightened it first to the point I almost couldn't move it any more. Good and snug will do. I then used a pair of channel locks on the inside nut while I held the spigot. I gave it about another half turn and that was it. I filled it up to the spigot with warm water and let it sit for an hour then dumped it out and put my 5 gallon water bottle on it. No leaks. If you take your time and don't over tighten you should be fine.” — Erik
