“I have tree Secura milk frothers, each being a different size. All work exceptionally well and create perfect foam for cappuccinos. While trying to clean the gasket on the 500m plastic lid, part of the side of the lid cracked making it unusable. I contacted Lafraise and asked how I could purchase a new lid. After providing proof of purchase they were very kind and send a replacement free of charge which I received in a few days. Great product and very responsive customer service. Highly recommended. “Great lattes! It produces quite a lot of foam! I’m very happy with the purchase! Some people complained that it leaves some burnt milk on the bottom. That’s true but if you leave it for 5 minutes with some cold water in it, it is easily swiped away.
