“Pros: - Looks good. - Doesn't take up much space. - The goose-neck means no spills. - Heats a full kettle to boiling in 2 minutes, 45 seconds. - The water only touches stainless steel, including on the interior of the cap. Cons: - The body gets very hot. Be careful (the handle does not get hot). - The spout tip is sharp and pointy, like on any goose-neck kettle. Keep away from kids and clumsy people. - Only fits about 3.5 US cups. But on the other hand, you can heat more water fast (see above).” — Kaley

“This little kettle is excellent! I wasn’t expecting much for the price, since so many other electric pour-over kettles are priced in the stratosphere. But it heats to a boil lightening fast, shuts off automatically and pours extremely well and accurately. No, it doesn’t have thermometers and temperature settings...I just let it sit for 20 or 30 seconds after it clicks off and the light goes out, then pour as usual and the temperature seems to be ideal (albeit not documented by a digital dial) to make great pour-over coffee. Freshly ground beans at the proper grind setting, let it bloom for 30 seconds, circular pour, brew and enjoy. Easy and extremely quick. I leave the lid off to let it dry after each use, and, over one year of daily use, the inside is spotless...no rust or stains of any kind.
