Insightful Reviews
We've curated some of the most helpful comments and reviews from people all over the world. Read what they had to say:
“We have well water and once in a while there is a weird smell. We were shocked by the readings of the test. Will be drinking bottle water until we can get a water purifier put it. Levels that we thought were fine were even elevated. Very easy to use and will make sure I keep some test strips on hand.” — Jane
“I bought this kit because it seemed to offer a lot of value and parameters for a good price. After receiving the product, I was overly satisfied with how much value I received. You get 100 strips, which allows for 100 tests, as well as 2 bacteria tests. The test is extremely straight forward, and the instructions are simple but detailed. I had no trouble following the test procedures and it only took me a few minutes to carry through. I also contacted their customer support through their live chat and was connected with a representative within under a minute! They answered my questions very professionally and detailed and even gave me extra information that was very helpful! I was overly satisfied with the support team, and its nice to know that I can contact them if I need anything.” — Ashton
“I have a filtration system consisting of an air injection filter, a salt brine softener, spun cotton, gac carbon, and cto carbon filters. I have all this because I have high iron content in my well. It was obvoius from the brown staining in my showers and toilets. This parameter alone (iron - third down on the chart) should show tremendously different between the "well" to "injection, softener, cotton etc..." image. It doesn't change a bit. After seeing this, I decided to broaden the tests. I tested after the air injection filter only. SAME. I tested my pond water. SAME. I tested rain water sitting in my boat. SAME. Same across all parameters across all samples... Each sample was submerged for 2 seconds, held horizontally while shaking off excess water, and the image was taken 30 seconds after submersion. Not a single bit of difference. By the way, I didn't even bother with the bacteria tests as they have conflicting color indicators on the bottle vs the paper instructions vs the description here.” — Bill
