“I bought this because my stove took way too long to boil water, and this helps me save a lot of time when I need hot water! Pros: This arrived very well-packaged in styrofoam with no cracks. I like how fast this heats up the water. I have an induction stove and when I moved into my apartment I noticed how I'd take me from 5-10 minutes just to boil water for pasta or tea. I then started looking on Amazon and these reviews were great, I also like the fair price and I think this teapot has a sleek and elegant design. I also appreciate the blue LED light it has on the bottom, I think it makes it look more expensive than it actually was. This is very durable, I use it every day and it's been 4 months since I got it and it looks like it'll stay strong for a long time. I also like that its sides are made of glass because I think it looks better than steel teapots. Now, I use this to boil water for pasta, tea, hot water pad, and every time I need hot water. With that, I save time when I cook. I would 10/10 recommend this teapot! Cons: I haven't found any cons with this teapot yet. Pro Tip: If you get white buildup on the bottom of your teapot that's just mineral salts that occur normally in the water. Heat up a little bit of water and, after that, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar and let it rest for at least 15 minutes. It'll clean your teapot and it'll look like new!” — Katelyn

“I drink a lot of tea, and have owned many electric kettles. My favorite is the Molla Puro, which I have at the office because it's very quiet and fast. This Amazon Basics electric kettle is equally fast and almost as quiet, but for less than half the price. For home use, I like the blue lights, which lets me see from a distance if the water is done boiling. I also use this electric kettle to heat water for boiling potatoes, blanching vegetables, or any other use. For that purpose, it's important to have a larger kettle, and the 1.7 liter capacity is just right. This heats a quart of water probably three times quicker than the range - just pour the water into the pot already heated. Or great when you need to add a little more water to a stew, and don't want to introduce cool water. This is an everyday use item on my kitchen counter. As usual with glass kettles, the water has no off flavors or odors, important for tea making.” — Ben

“I LOVE this product! I have it by my bedside for easy use. I’m a tea fanatic. I use it throughout the day when home. When completely full it takes closer to 4 mins to heat when it’s partly full it heats in just a few mins. It’s very sheik looking and really easy to use.
