Insightful Reviews

We've curated some of most helpful comments and reviews from people all over the world. Read what they had to say:.

“This is a great machine. It does connect to an existing waterbl line. Works like a charm. The valve is not a common issue based off of reviews and in my years of plumbing, there was always the one off situation where a quick connect would just not work. This is not on Brio. Love this water cooler and the customer service that came alone with it. I highly recommend this product.” — athina
“As long as you have the waterlines where you need them, then this thing is easy to hook up. Water tastes fine. His flow of the water and the option of three temperatures is convenient. The unusual 3rd button allows you to take water straight from the tap. This allows you to fill up a coffee pot without using either your hot or cold water reserves. For the price that the local company would charge us, we could buy one of these yearly if we need to. The second set of filters is an added bonus.” — Matt
“After a couple of weeks, the temperature of the water with all switches on are Hot - 175, Cold - 43 and room water is now 45 degrees. I have checked these temperatures at various times and the temps remain pretty constant. I was very disappointed that after just a couple of weeks the room temp and cold were pretty much the same. Seems to be an engineering design issue as the cold and room temp water share a reservoir - albeit, they are separated by a plastic disc, similar to the Avalon A5 and A7. Called Amazon with the issue and they would have sent a replacement unit, but they were out of stock so they offered me a refund. Really just wanted to fix the issue but, Amazon always does right by the customer. If you are looking for room temperature water option, I would not chose this model unless you are willing to turn off the hot reservoir switch.” — Roger
