Insightful Reviews

We've curated some of most helpful comments and reviews from people all over the world. Read what they had to say:.

“It absolutely works as advertised. It's pricey but that doesn't matter to me if the product works as intended, and it did. Direct sunlight, connected this to a pressure washer, rinsed, absolutely no spots. None. Now, I can't testify to how long this will keep up, but I've went through a few washes so far and the meter still reads "0" ppm. I believe the instructions say to change the resin once it gets close to 20 ppm. I read on a forum where one person is on year two with the same original resin. Of course, I know this can vary greatly depending on the hardness of your water but if I just make it one summer, it will have been totally worth it. Especially considering I would spend multiple dollars every visit to the local car wash to get "spot free" rinse and even that didn't work as well as the CR Spotless.” — Thomas
“I've used one of these for over 12 years and recently purchased a second one to use a a different location. Use as directed, This is important keep your water flow "in" to less than a gallon per minute and I put a 10 PSI pressure regulator on the "in" side of the unit. I also have a faucet that comes off the soft water tank and I use that water into the unit, don't worry it works fine with regular tap water. This helps to extend the resin use. Once the meter starts to show 1or 2, careful it rises real fast and you will start getting water spots. I only use the water from this unit to do a final rinse, I wash and rinse with regular tap water and do a final rinse with the filtered water.” — Craig
“This product works but the life of the filter is around 150gallons. Not 300gallons as advertised. You also won't find on Amazon or on their website a quick link showing the resin refills. You have to search for those because they sure do not want you to see how much they cost at the time you buy the unit. That is because the refills are about 25% of the cost of the unit. I ran about 150 gallons through my unit and the TDS is at 2. So from what Spotless tells me I'm over due for some new resin. I went to their website and purchased their refills/filter exchange swap for new and it was $117.92” — Ronald
