Insightful Reviews

We've curated some of most helpful comments and reviews from people all over the world. Read what they had to say:.

“Thus far, I am extremely satisfied with this kettle, which not only looks amazing, but offers excellent flow restriction and very fine control when pouring. It is virtually impossible to pour too quickly with it, it is comfortable to hold, and the thermometer is sooo handy! The little brewing range indicator soothes my obsessive heart.” — Luhausler
“Water maintains temperature better in the Stagg and heats up fairly fast on my induction cooktop. The manual thermometer is chintzy and should be digital for the cost of the kettle, but you can pull the thermometer out and replace it with your own 5 inch thermometer of choosing. The kettle has been improved with a stainless steel and plastic lid now and the spout and handle have been tweaked.” — Andrew
“It takes about 10-12 minutes to boil water on an induction cooktop vs less than 2 minutes in a induction compatible pot. Paint melted off and left a varnish residue on the cooktop. I noticed afterwards that the steam from the water had a chemical smell to it as well. After a few uses the interior of the kettle was stained (I only boil filtered water) afterwards I wiped the inside of the kettle with a clean cloth and it looks like some type of coating on the inside may have started burning.” — Jeff
