Insightful Reviews

We've curated some of the most helpful comments and reviews from people all over the world. Read what they had to say:

“Read the instructions. You need to sanitize and flush it before use. Even after that you will get some funky plastic flavor coming out of it. It lasted a week or two (it is only me in the house with very little water use) for the taste/smell to go away. Otherwise it works as expected, with no salt taste. Installation: This is my 3rd self-installed softener. Installation instructions are very complete and all parts come included. I strongly suggest flexible water lines to connect to the softener as it will be much easier if you have to replace it one day, plus pipe positioning will be a breeze. For those replacing old water softeners make sure you do not use the old power supply as this one is DC.” — Carlos
“This is a nice unit. Easy to program. Uses less salt than our previous unit. Looks good. Comes with everything to hook up. Very pleased” — Susan
“The installation and use manual is clear and concise. No guess work or interpretation required, which is invaluable these days. It is very, very quiet, which is wonderful. The automatic recharge feature is obviously well engineered. If it was any more efficient I believe it would be producing salt. (ha-ha) I thought my previous softener was very good but this one is greattt.” — Sheldon
