“This is great for people who own small business or have an office or something. This water dispenser has many great features. This can make water cold and warm which is a great combo for winter and summer. Also, it is very easy to install the water jug. This looks really nice because the design is very modern and sleek. Which will fit in mostly any environment.” — Sagr
“Water cooler with icemaker this is a very nice quality water cooler with icemaker bill in great price very easy to use I got this to put in my RV so when we’re traveling I will always have ice and water highly recommend in front of the second very very nice quality water cooler with ice maker and one” — Tom
“It is super noisy; and there is no way to stop the beeping alert which goes off when the ice storage area is full. The storage area is not refrigerated. There is some styrofoam insulation; but the ice melts into the drain area. I am unsure whether this water recycles through to make new ice or not. I drained the excess 1-2 times/week. All of these things were forgivable because I really needed an ice maker. However, it started malfunctioning before I had it for 2 months. The water started backing up into the storage area and stopped making ice. After trying to figure out the problem on my own, I emailed the company. No response. I then contacted Amazon. They sent me a link to contact the seller/manufacturer. This they replied to within hours; but the response was generic and unhelpful. I have emailed back and am waiting for a response. Supposedly it is under a one year warranty.” — Alissa
