“Great kettle! I reviewed alot of whistling kettles on Amazon, the one really caught my attention. I've used it over a dozen times. Very well made, handle does not get hot and its easy for me to hold and pour ,with my arthritis hands and thumbs. Nice whistle. Very good quality. I would high recommend this kettle.” — Nana
“This is a great little tea kettle! We got it to heat up water for French press coffee on an induction burner, and it works perfectly in our setup. The induction burner destroys enamel finish on the bottom of pots, but that's not an issue with this kettle as the bottom is plain steel. We probably wouldn't have chosen it to use on our gas stove as the white enamel finish would likely discolor, but in our basement brewing area on an induction burner it's perfect. We haven't needed the mitt it came with to touch the handle because the water heats up within minutes before the handle gets hot. The kettle has a nice sturdy feel, the push button works well, and the spout pours smoothly. Also, the whistle is perfect; loud enough to hear from another floor without bursting your eardrums when you get close to it. We couldn't be more pleased!” — Anne
“ainst using it on a gas stove. I have a gas stove and I use it on the medium sized burner and keep the flame so it is just underneath the bottom of the kettle. So far so good after a week and I use this about four times a day. It is heavy on the bottom and feels well made. Also well made with the cover and the spout cover. Looks good on the stainless steel range, however the metal is more of a brass color than stainless steel color. Loud whistle in a good way, but I rarely let it get that hot as I drink green tea mostly. Best part is I can lift it off the burner without a hot mitt! I do have to grab the black part of the handle and not the metal, but it works for me just fine. I would buy this again” — Sherry
