The Bristol County Water Authority (BCWA) provides water for about 51,000 residents living in the area of Warren City, Rhode Island. Established in 1887, the Bristol County Water Authority is currently obtaining its supply from the Providence Water Supply Board’s Scituate Reservoir, a surface water source, along with five other tributary reservoirs: the Regulating, Moswansicut, Ponaganset, Barden, and Westconnaug Reservoirs.
