Toledo Water

The Toledo Department of Utilities provides water for more than 500,000 people living in Toledo, Ohio and Lucas County, portions of Fulton and Wood Counties, and Monroe, Michigan. Founded over 140 years ago, the Toledo water department collects water from Lake Erie and processes it at the Collins Park Water Treatment Plant for distribution throughout the service area.

Consumer Confidence Water Quality Reports

Under the authority of the Safe Drinking Water Act, the EPA requires Toledo Water to assess local water quality each year and distribute a Consumer Confidence Water Quality Report.

The information in this report includes the source of your water, whether your water meets EPA standards, detailed tables of detected contaminants, detailed descriptions of those contaminants, possible reasons why they're present, and potential health effects (if any).
