The Wailuku Water Company, through the County of Maui Department of Water Supply, provides water for about 74,511 residents living in the area of Wailuku, Hawaii. Established in 1905, the County of Maui Department of Water Supply obtains its supply from a combination of sources: surface water from Iao Ditch; and groundwater from 12 wells that draw from the Wailuku aquifer sector area (ASEA).
