The Central Water Association, Inc. - East Side supplies water to about 6,352 residents living in the Philadelphia area of Neshoba County. Central Water Association is a member-owned water provider and maintains six water treatment plants, 18 water wells, and 17 elevated storage reservoirs. The East Side of Central Water collects water from the Lower Wilcox Aquifer and Meridian Upper Wilcox Aquifer and disinfects it with chlorine to control the growth of microbes.
