The City of Waveland Water is a public water supply system that provides water services to about 6,435 residents in the Waveland area of Hancock County, Mississippi. Waveland Water collects water from the Graham Ferry Formation Aquifer using its wells, and the source water is moderately susceptible to contamination. It is treated with chlorine and other disinfectants to control microbes and improve the quality and is fluoridated to promote oral health.
