The Irvine Ranch Water District services the 380,000 residents of Irvine, Tustin, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and other communities in Orange County, California. Established in 1967, the Irvine Water District collects water from the Orange County Groundwater Basin, State Water Project, and Colorado River Aqueduct.
