The City of Buellton Water, a public community water system under the City Department of Public Works, provides water to about 5,464 residents living in Buellton, Santa Barbara County, California. Founded in 1992, the City of Buellton Water System currently obtains its primary supply from four groundwater wells that pump from the Buellton Uplands Groundwater Basin and the Santa Ynez River Underflow. A supplementary water supply is available via aqueduct from Northern California.
