The City of Perry Water, a public community water system under the City Utilities Department, provides water to about 5,230 residents living in Perry, the county seat of Noble County, Oklahoma. Founded in 1893, the City of Perry Water System currently obtains its surface water supply from various sources: Perry Lake; purchased supply from Stillwater Water Plant, which draws water from Lake McMurtry; and the Lone Chimney Water Association, which obtains it from Stillwater Water Plant and 51 East Water.
