Deer Creek Rural Water Corporation is a special water district formed by residents as a public agency to provide water to about 5,500 residents living in Edmond, Oklahoma. Founded in 1889, the Deer Creek Rural Water Corporation System currently obtains its groundwater from 18 wells that drill into the aquifer underneath the area.
