The Lincoln County Rural Water System, Inc. provides water services to about 6,043 residents of Sioux Falls in Lincoln and Minnehaha Counties, South Dakota. Lincoln County Rural Water System purchases water from the Lewis & Clark Regional Water System, which provides groundwater from Missouri: Elk Point Aquifer adjacent to the Missouri River.
