Meridian has multiple water providers: City Of Meridian Water and Nts Water. This page provides information about Nts Water.

NTS Utility Association, Inc. provides water services to about 5,103 residents living in the Meridian area of Lauderdale County, Mississippi. NTS Utility Association collects water from three wells drawing from the Middle Wilcox Aquifer, and the source has a lower susceptibility for contamination. Only chemicals approved by the National Safety Foundation are used to treat the water, including chlorine added to control microbial growth.
