The City of Beaver Dam Water Utility provides water for about 16,200 people living in the Beaver Dam area of Dodge County. Established in 1888, the City of Beaver Dam Water Utility collects groundwater from four deep wells. The water gets treated in the Water Treatment Plant located on North Center Street before being pumped into the distribution system. The Water Treatment Plant can treat up to 5.78 million gallons of water daily.
