The City of Chelan Water supplies water to about 9,355 residents living in the Chelan area. The City's Water Department collects water from Lake Chelan and treats it in the Water Filtration Plant, which can produce daily 6,5 million gallons of clean water. The City also maintains about 10 reservoirs with a total capacity of 1.738 million gallons and conducts a regular quality analysis of the water.
