The City of Marysville Water, a public community water system under the City Department of Public Works, provides water for about 62,115 residents living in the area of Marysville, Washington. Established in 1891, the City of Marysville Water System is currently obtaining its supply from a blend of water sources: groundwater (influenced by surface water) from Lake Goodwin wells and Stillaguamish River Ranney wells; and purchased surface water from the City of Everett, which uses water from Spada and Chaplain Lake Reservoirs in the Cascade Mountains.
