The City of Elma Water, a public community water system under the City Department of Public Works, provides water to about 6,638 residents living in Elma, Grays Harbor County, Washington. Founded in 1888, the City of Elma Water System currently obtains its supply from groundwater sources, primarily two wells that drill into the aquifer underneath the area and are then pumped into three water tanks.
