Town of Pembroke Water, a public community water system under the local government, provides water to about 5,200 residents living in Pembroke, Merrimack County, New Hampshire. Founded in 1759, the Town of Pembroke Water System currently obtains its supply from five gravel-packed wells that supply water to Pembroke Water Works. Two storage tanks, one in Pembroke and one in Hooksett on the Allenstown Town line, are where the wells, which are situated in Pembroke and Allenstown, are pumped. The Suncook River is close to the three wells in Pembroke, while the Soucook River is close to the wells in Allenstown.
