Town of Wickenburg Water, a public community water system under the Water and Wastewater Department, provides water to about 6,179 residents living in Wickenburg, in Maricopa and Yavapai counties, Arizona. Founded in 1909, the Town of Wickenburg Water System currently obtains its supply from the Upper Hassayampa Basin Aquifer, a groundwater source where the wells are pumped from. Six water storage tanks with a combined capacity of 4.3 million gallons of water and five well sites are part of the water system and are then distributed using 55.4 miles of piping.
