The City of Kingman Municipal Water System, a public community water system under the City Department of Public Works, provides water for about 45,000 residents living in the area of Kingman, Arizona. Established in 1952, the City of Kingman Municipal Water System is currently obtaining its supply from a blend of groundwater sources: 10 active wells that withdraw water from the Hualapai Valley Basin and four wells in the Sacramento Valley Basin.
