Delhi County Water District, a public community water system under the City Department of Public Works, provides water to about 7,784 residents living in Delhi, Merced County, California. Founded in 1958, the Delhi County Water District System currently obtains water from groundwater sources, primarily four wells that drill into the aquifer underneath the area.
