The Town of Randolph Water, under the Town Department of Public Works, provides water for about 33,375 residents living in the area of Randolph, Massachusetts. Established in 1793, the Town of Randolph Water Division currently obtains its supply via purchase from the Randolph-Holbrook Joint Water System. The Towns of Randolph and Holbrook jointly manage and treat the water supply for each town’s use. The source water supply is derived from the Great Pond Reservoir System, which includes four public surface supply sources: the Lower Great Pond, Upper Great Pond, Richardi Reservoir, and the Farm River.
