The Westborough Water Department collects groundwater from Hopkinton Road Well, Morse Street Well, Andrews Well #1, Andrews Well #R1, Andrews Well #2, Wilkinson Well, Otis Street Well #1, Otis Street Well #2, Chauncy Lake Well #1, Chauncy Lake Well #2, and Indian Meadow Well. The Westborough Water Department also collects surface water from Sandra Pond Reservoir.
