The Borough of Kutztown Water, a public community water system under the Borough Department of Public Works, provides water for about 14,200 residents living in the area of Kutztown, a borough in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Established in 1815, the Borough of Kutztown Water System currently obtains its supply from four active wells that pump water from aquifers beneath the district area that are part of the Saucony Creek Watershed.
