Salisbury Water provides water for about 30,343 residents living in the Salisbury area, Maryland. Established in 1854, the Salisbury Water collects supply from a groundwater source and currently uses 11 wells that draw from a shallow unconfined Coastal Plain aquifer, known as the Quaternary System.
