The Township of Falls Authority (TOFA) provides water for about 24,400 residents living in the Fairless Hills area, Pennsylvania. Established in 1961, the Township of Falls Authority (TOFA) collects supply from surface water purchased via the Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority and the Morrisville Municipal Authority.
