The City of Guadalupe Water, a public community water system under the City Department of Public Works, provides water to about 8,293 residents living in Guadalupe, in Santa Barbara County, California. Founded in 1946, the City of Guadalupe Water System currently obtains its supply from mixed sources: groundwater sources, primarily wells that drill into the aquifer underneath the area, and surface water purchased from the Central Coast Water Authority.
