The Town of Hadley provides water services to about 4,980 residents living in the Hadley area of Hampshire County. Hadley Water Department operates four wells, an Ultrafiltration Plant, and the Mt. Warner pump station, and distributes water over approximately 66.8 miles of water lines. Water is withdrawn from the Early Mesozoic Basin Aquifer using the Callahan Wells, and the Town's water supply formed part of the Middle Connecticut watershed, which is approximately 1,000 square miles.
