The King County Water District #90 ((KCWD90), a municipal corporation, provides water for about 19,600 residents living in the Renton area, Washington. Established in 1952, the King County Water District #90 relies on purchased supply from the Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) for approximately 75% of its water supply, drawn from the Cedar River Supply. The District provides the other 25% of its water supply from a groundwater well and treatment facility, drawn from local wells from a confined aquifer within the district limits.
