The Lehigh County Authority (LCA) - Central Lehigh Division, a public non-profit, water and wastewater agency, provides water for about 39,792 residents living in the area of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Established in 1966, the Lehigh County Authority - Central Lehigh Division collects water from surface water sources - 14 wells located throughout the service area, plus an interconnection with LCA’s Allentown Division water system, which draws its water from two large springs, the Little Lehigh Creek and the Lehigh River.
