The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Lewistown (MABL) provides water for about 26,765 residents living in the Lewistown area, Pennsylvania. Established in 1945, the Municipal Authority of the Borough of Lewistown obtains its supply from its primary surface water source, the Laurel Creek Reservoir.
